* 用1000去除,为将mm换算成m
  Dividing by 1000 is to convert mm into m
(例题) 主轴转速1350min-1钻头直径φ12.求切削速度
(Example) rotation speed of spindle is 1350min-1 and drill bit diameter isφ2,
calculate cutting speed.
 
(答) 将π=3.14, D1=12, n=1350代入公式,
(Answer) integrateπ=3.14,D1=12,N=1350 in the formula;
 
 
据此,得出切削速度为50.9m/min.
Therefore, derive that cutting speed is 50.9m/min
   
◆.主轴进给量Feed of spindle( vf )
 
vf=fr·n (mm/min) vf(mm/m)
: 主轴(Z轴)进给速度 Feeding speed (Z-axis) of spindle
fr (mm/rev)
: 每转进给量 Feed per revolutions
n (min-1)
: 主轴转速 Rotation speed of spindle
 
 
(例题) 每转进给量为0.2 mm/rev.转速为1350 min-1 求主轴进给速度
(Example)Feed per revolution is 0.2mm/rev and rotation speed is 1350min-1,calculate feeding speed of spindle.
 
(答) 将π=3.14, D1=12, n=1350代入公式,
(Answer) integrateπ=3.14,D1=12,N=1350 in the formula;
 
vf=fr×n = 0.2 ×1350=270 mm/min
 
由此得出主轴每分钟进给量为270mm/min.
From here, it is derived that feeding distance of spindle is 270mm/min

cutting speed is 50m/min, and feed per revolution is 0.15mm/rev.
Calculate cutting time.
